BREWSTER - Learn all about sugar as anthropologist and sweets expert Julia Harrison uncovers its  economic and social significance with us at the library on Friday, March 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brewster Public LIbrary. Join us at the library to participate in engaging conversations and activities for a variety of topics every Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Brewster Public Library. This is a free  adult program. About North Central Regional Library (NCRL): NCRL is a rural library district with 30 branch libraries, a couple of bookmobiles, and a mail  order library serving five counties.
