A new activity of interest at the Brewster Boys and Girls Club is this aquaculture tower that grows no less that a dozen varieties of herbs and vegetables in a very compact space. Edibles featured on this installation include mint, sorrel, parsley, kale, basil, Swiss chard, chives, cilantro, and several varieties of lettuce.
