BREWSTER – Senior multi-sport standout Joe Taylor missed the Bears’ opening season baseball home game last Saturday, March 23, because he was playing All-State basketball in western Washington.
Taylor, a former CW2B MVP and 2019 First Team selection was the only player from the CW2B League selected to play in the Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association All State basketball game at Curtis High School in University Place. All players were graduating seniors nominated and chosen by vote of high school basketball coaches.
