Okanogan County

District Court

Christina Jo Ferguson, age 39 from Bridgeport, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $818.

Roberto Guzman, age 56 from Brewster, pled guilty to first degree Negligent Driving. He was sentenced to 90 days with 89 suspended and fined a total of $758.

Jose Felix Robles-Hipolito, age 53 from Brewster, pled guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 334 suspended and fined a total of $1,636.

A report from Bridge St. in Brewster of a vehicle prowl.

A report from North Star Rd. near Brewster of a theft. A firearm was taken from a truck sometime in the last week.

Saturday, Dec. 29

A subject on Old Hwy. 97 in Brewster was cited and released for driving while license suspended.

A non-injury vehicle accident occurred on Monse Bridge Rd. near Brewster. The vehicle slid off the roadway.

Sunday, Dec. 30

A report from Pedersen Rd. near Pateros of suspicious circumstances. The reporting party believes there is underage drinking at the location. An officer checked on the location.

There were no minors at the location.

Monday, Dec. 31

A non-injury rollover vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 7 and Hwy. 174 in Brewster.

A report from Hwy. 153 near Pateros of a mental health pickup. The male subject that is believed to be hitchhiking somewhere along Hwy. 153 or trying to catch a bus in Pateros.

The subject was picked up and transported to Mid Valley Hospital.

A report from Hwy. 97 in Pateros of threats. The reporting party is receiving threats of assault from a female subject on Facebook and through e-mail. The female believes the reporting party stole her phone.

Tuesday, Jan. 1

A report from Bridge St. in Brewster of a burglary. The residence was entered while the reporting party was gone. An X-Box, a laptop and other items were taken.

A report from Hwy. 97 near Pateros of an abandoned vehicle.

A non-injury vehicle accident occurred on Hwy. 17 near Brewster. One vehicle was in the ditch.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

A report from Indian Ave. in Brewster of a theft. Someone stole the reporting party's girlfriend's mailbox keys and got into their mail.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred on Hwy. 97 near Pateros.

Thursday, Jan. 3

A request from Columbia Ave. in Bridgeport of an agency assist. A request for additional units to assist in a vehicle pursuit. The vehicle stopped and subjects fled. A K-9 unit arrived and started tracking.

A report from Hwy. 97 near Brewster of suspicious circumstances. A shed at the location was entered sometime a few weeks ago. The reporting party noticed yesterday that the door has some marks and is more difficult to move. Location is on tribal trust land.

Friday, Jan. 4

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred on Hwy. 97 in Brewster. A vehicle struck the reporting party's vehicle.

A non-injury vehicle accident occurred on Jay Ave. in Brewster.

A report from Fifth St. in Brewster of suspicious circumstances. A black van with tinted windows is parked outside the location. The reporting party is concerned because his residence has been burglarized twice. An officer checked the location, and the vehicle belonged to someone visiting the neighbor.

A report from Plaza Way in Brewster of an assault. A 67-year-old victim was assaulted by stepson. One subject was taken into custody.

A hit and run accident occurred on Seventh St. in Brewster. The reporting party's car door was hit. The reporting party is unable to open the door.

Saturday, Jan. 5

A report from Mountain View Dr. in Brewster of an activated alarm. An authorized cancel was received.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident occurred on Monse River Rd. near Brewster.

A report from Watson Draw Rd. near Pateros of stray animals. Approximately 15 head of stray cattle that were damaging the orchard were corralled. The owner was located.

Sunday, Jan. 6

A report from Jay Ave. in Brewster of a vehicle prowl. The reporting party's vehicle was entered during the night. Nothing was taken, but the vehicle has a strong smell of alcohol.

A report from Hanson Ave. in Brewster of a vehicle prowl.

A report from Sixth St. in Brewster of a vehicle prowl. An unlocked vehicle was entered during the night.

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of a vehicle prowl. A vehicle was broken into sometime during the night and the registration was taken.

A request from Sixth St. in Bridgeport for an agency assist for a possible burglary in progress.
