Okanogan County

District Court

Arlene Guerrero, age 20 from Brewster, pled guilty to third degree Driving While License Suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $618.

Jose C. Salazar Revilla, age 28 from Brewster, pled guilty to No Valid Operator's License. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 suspended and fined a total of $658.

Superior Court


The court found probable cause to charge Manuel Eduardo Lauriano, age 24 from Brewster, with two counts second degree Assault, Harassment Threats to Kill and Interfering with the Reporting of a Domestic Violence. Bail was set at $25,000.

A report from Bridge St. in Brewster of an animal problem.

Tuesday, Jan. 29

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of a theft. The reporting party's vehicle was entered while parked in the high school parking lot. The reporting party's purse with cell phone and identification was taken. The reporting party called back and advised she found her purse with all her items. Another person that is with the reporting party put the items in the trunk.

Wednesday, Jan. 30

A report from Seventh St. in Brewster of 911 abuse. The school was called back and there was only voice mail on callback. On second call back was told there is no problems at the school.

A report from Fourth St. in Brewster of malicious mischief.

Thursday, Jan. 31

A report from North Star Rd. near Brewster of suspicious circumstances. Earlier today, a female came to the reporting party's door seeking help but could not tell the reporting party what kind of help she needed. The female appeared to be looking around inside the door and appeared to not be very forthcoming with why or what kind of help she needed.

A report from Block S near the bridge of suspicious circumstances.

There was a request from Indian Ave. in Brewster for extra patrols.

Saturday, Feb. 2

A non-injury accident occurred on Old Hwy. 97 near Brewster. A vehicle went into the ditch due to icy conditions.

A report from Eveline St. in Pateros of a malicious mischief. The interior of an ATV cab was egged during the night.
