US HWY 97A remains closed - cleaning efforts continue

ENTIAT - US HWY 97A at milepost 220 is closed due to debris in roadway, according to Chelan County Emergency Management.Please avoid the area if possible.

WSDOT crews are cleaning up after yesterday's mudslide. It remians closed from milepost 218 at Earthquake Point, just north of Eniat, to milepost 223 at SR 971 (navarre Coulee Road), 9 miles soth of Chelan. If you are headed to Chelan today, be sure to take the east side of the river on US97.
