Antonio Penalosa, 31, from Brewster pleaded guilty to fourth0degree Assault. He was sentenced to 364 days with 359 days suspended and fined a total of $933.

The court found probable cause to charge Christopher Douglas Ketcher, 36, from Brewster with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Introduction to Contraband. Bail was set at $7,500.
The court found probable cause to charge Jose Arturo Acosta Perez with two counts of first-degree Rape of a Child and Communication With a Minor for Immoral Purposes. Bail was set at $100,000.
Jonathan Alexa Santoyo Tapia, 17, from Brewster pleaded guilty to third-degree Rape and third-degree Attempted Rape. He was sentenced to 33 months on count one and 364 days on count two. He was also fined a total of $800.
