Freyja Easley

Freyja Rosanne Riggs/Fry/Easley was born on Nov. 25, 1938 to Joseph and Ruth Riggs of Brewster, Wash. She graduated from Brewster High School in 1957 and went on to graduate from Wenatchee Valley College in 1976 as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister and two daughters. She is survived by her sister Thelma Riggs, her brothers, Floyd and Roy Riggs and her children, Glenda Elders, Steve Fry, Jeanette Hicks, Roberta Hust, and Johnny Easley. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Freyja was a long time employee of Harmony House in Brewster, Wash. and was medically retired from Heritage Heights in Chelan, Wash.
Freyja spent the last few years of her life bringing joy to those around her at an adult family home in Spokane, Wash. She became great friends with her caregiver and they enjoyed spending time together. Her happiness showed through her smile that could light up the whole room. She periodically attended the Cornerstone Pentecostal Church in Liberty Lake and loved the worship songs. She enjoyed reading cards sent to her by her sister and reading The Guide Post magazine. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
A service will be held in her memory at the Lutheran Church in Brewster on March 10, at 10 am.
