Douglas County Public Utility District

EAST WENATCHEE - Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ronald E Skagen, Molly Simpson and Aaron J. Viebrock executed the following actions during the July 8, 2019 Commission meeting held at the District's East Wenatchee office:

• Amended Administrative Bulletin 9.5, alternate bid procedure for the purchase of materials, equipment or supplies as authorized by the Legislature. (19-083)

• Amended Administrative Bulletin 9.2, general conditions for labor and or materials purchase orders procedures as authorized by the Legislature. (19-084)

• Approved a call for bids under bid document 19-24-D, supply and deliver tubular poles for Rapids Switchyard. Necessary for the new 230kV transmission line linking to BPA's Columbia Switchyard. (19-085)

• Authorized a request for proposals 19-21-W, cybersecurity-cyber system configuration monitoring and management solution. Necessary for regulatory compliance. (19-086)

• The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. July 22, 2019 at the District's East Wenatchee office.
