The court found probable cause to charge Francisco Leyva-Saucedo, 29, from Bridgeport, with two counts of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and second-degree Possessing Stolen Property. Bail was set at $40,000.

Catherine Marie Rivera, 44, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to six counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. She was sentenced to 40 months on count one, 40 months on count two, 40 months on count three, 40 months on count four and 40 months on count five. She was also fined a total of $800.

Catherine Marie Rivera, 44, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Weapon by a Person Confined in a Local Correction Institution and Introduction of Contraband. She was sentenced to 12 months on count one and fined a total of $800.
