The court found probable cause to charge Hermelindo Torres Patricio, 35, from Brewster, with second-degree Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Permission. Bail was set at $500.

The court found probable cause to charge Francisco Pahua Tinoco, 37, from Brewster, with third-degree Assault, second-degree Malicious Mischief and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. Bail was set at $5,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Jorge Alejandro Sausedo Ayala, 32, from Bridgeport, with Possession of a Stolen Firearm, second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and third-degree Theft. Bail was set at $20,000.

Heliodoro Luquin Xhurape, 30, from Brewster pleaded guilty to second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Obstructing a Law Enforcemnet Officer. He was sentenced to 364 days on count two and fined a total of $1,160.50.

Rodolfo Valdovinos, 26, from Bridgeport pleaded guilty to Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance by a Prisoner and Introduction of Contraband. He was sentenced to 12 months of community custody and fined a total of $1,760.50.

Rodolfo Valdovinos, 26, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to Attempted to Elude Pursuing Police Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer and Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 34 months on count one, 24 months on count two and 12 months on community custody on count two. He was also fined a total of 1,760.50.

Miguel Amparo, 25, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 20 months on count one and 20 months on count two. He was also fined a total of $2,420.50.
Juvenile

A juvenile from Brewster, age 17, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. They were sentenced to 90 hours of community service and eight days of confinement.
