District Court

Michelle Eloisa Casarez, 28, from Bridgeport pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days with 80 days suspended and fined a total of $293.

Llesenia Infante Penalosa, 28, from Brewster pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree Driving While License Suspended, Giving a False Statement to Public Servant and Non-Emergency Use of the 911 System. She was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended on count one, 364 days with 362 days suspended on count two, 364 days with 359 days suspended on count three, 364 days with 364 days suspended on count four and 364 days with 362 days suspended on count five. She was also fined a total of $3,372.

Maria Elena Maldonado, 26, from Bridgeport pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. She was sentenced to 90 days with 88 days suspended and fined a total of $903.

 

Superior Court

Criminal

Claudia Lynn Garcia, 23, from Bridgeport pleaded guilty to four count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. She was sentenced to 16 months on count one, 16 months on count two and 16 months on count three. She was also fined a total of $900.

The court found probable cause to charge Joel Vargas, 30, from Brewster with second-degree Assault. Bail was set at $5,000.
