Ronny Valdovinos, 27, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance Other than Marijuana. He was sentenced to six months and fined a total of $3,260.50.
The court found probable cause to charge Gudiberto Deleon-Bail, 23, from Brewster with First Degree Assault of a Child. Bail was set at $50,000.
The court found proabable cause to charge Krystal Lee Carson, 33, from Brewster with second-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Use of Drug Paraphernalia and two counts of Possessing Another’s Identification. She is not to be released without further order of the court setting additional conditions.
