Pedro Rincon Cruz, 37, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 360 days suspended and fined a total of $1,681.

Criminal

Kai Michael Marcellay, 35, from Pateros, pleaded guilty to Assault in Violation of a Protection Order and Violation of a Restraining Order. She was sentenced to 364 days with 310 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 310 days suspended on count two. She was also fined a total of $815.

Kai Michael Marcellay, 35, from Pateros, pleaded guilty to Assault in Violation of a Protection Order and Violation of a Restraining Order. She was sentenced to 17.5 months on count one and 364 days on count two. She was also fined a total of $1,375.50.

 

Juvenile

A juvenile, age 13, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree Assault. They are to be released on personal recognizance.
