Ronny Valdovinos, 26, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to False Reporting. He was sentenced to 364 days with 363 days suspended and fined a total of 1,233.

Brent Joseph Cooper, 30, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Residential Burglary, first-degree Theft and second-degree Malicious Mischief. He was sentenced to 43 months on count one, 25.5 months on count two and  364 days on count three. He was also fined a total of $800.

 

Brent Joseph Cooper, 30, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Attempting to Elude Pursuing Police Vehicle, Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, third-degree Possessing Stolen Property, second-degree Driving While License Suspended, Reckless Driving and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. He was sentenced to 16 months on count one, 43 months on count two and 364 days on count six. He was also fined a total of $800.
