CW2B All-League Basketball Teams

BREWSTER/BRIGEPORT – Senior Kelson Gebbers was voted CW2B Player of the Year in the 2022-23 All-League selections by District 6 coaches and athletic directors. Gebbers was a First Team pick and was joined by teammates Brady Wulf and Reese Vassar as respective Second Team and Honorable Mention selections. Cristian Lopez from Bridgeport also received an Honorable Mention.

The Brewster Bears placed second at state behind the Davenport Gorillas.

Sophomore Morgan McGuire was voted to the girls’ All-League First Team. Sophomore Gimena Hurtado and freshman Kara Schertenleib were Second-Team nominees and junior Kaydence Carrington was Honorable Mention. Lupe Moreno and Lizbeth Monje of Bridgeport also received an Honorable Mention.
