Jail and Court Administrator discussed staffing and upcoming changes.
Communications/Dispatch officer discussed upgrade of equipment on Pilcher Mountain. Need to go with a sole vendor approved.
Human Resources/Risk Manager discussed staffing, pay upgrades, and working with the union.
Public hearing held on Compost Procurement Policy.
Public works update included:
Many complaints about roads.
Approval to start process of awarding two shop bids to Halme Builders, Inc., of Davenport, Washington, despite the high cost--$4,550,000.
Need of budget supplement for construction costs on Twisp River Road overlay.
Approved signing power for Chief Deputy to the Treasurer. Tuesday, Dec. 27, p.m.
Two executive sessions with:
Ester Milner, Chief Civil Deputy prosecutor and Shelley Keitzman, Human Resources and Risk Management regarding litigation or potential litigation (30 minutes).
Karen Beatty, Director of Central Services, to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee (20 minutes).
