Brewster and Bridgeport schools plant sales

BREWSTER – Brewster High School annual spring plant sale will run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, April 28, and later that same afternoon will be taking plants to Pateros for their Arbor Day celebration from 3-5 p.m. Along with hanging baskets and window boxes will be plant selections including bedding varieties, spikes, and vines. Gardeners will find geraniums, petunias, Million Bells, Osteo mums, lobelia, alyssum, Bacopa, portulaca, butterfly plant and more.
BRIDGEPORT - Bridgeport High School annual plant sale will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 29, in the high school campus greenhouse at 1220 Kryger Street. Basket selections include a mix of petunia-calibrachoa-verbena for $16 or Thumbergia Suzie for $10. Individual plant prices range from .75 cents for pepper varieties to $2.50 for geraniums, petunias, and begonias.
