New food service setting up shop in Monse

If you are wondering whatever happened to the little red burger trailer with the checkerboard stripe that was parked along N. Bridge Street in Brewster, it is now located near the Monse General Store in Monse. Manny and Martin Hurtado purchased the little eatery that is now serving a variety of tacos, burritos, tortas, grilled dogs, hamburgers and sides as the owners work on perfecting their menu. While a Grand Opening is pending, Puerto Nuevo Taco Shop is doing a brisk business as the only food vendor for miles around.
