BRIDGEPORT – a Douglas County sheriff’s deputy on routine patrol on March 27 received a call from RiverCom dispatch at approximately 2:30 a.m. of a 911 hang-up call in the Douglas-Monroe street area of Bridgeport. The deputy located a vehicle in that vicinity with a female sobbing inside the car and a male standing outside of the vehicle.
The deputy contacted the subjects and determined that no violence had occurred.
“He did, however, find the male to be in possession of methamphetamine,” wrote Gjesdal. “The subject, 23-year-old Adrian Ambriz-Valdovinos of Bridgeport, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.”
Ambriz-Valdovinos was transported to the Okanogan County jail and booked without incident.
