Posted

BREWSTER – The Brewster Police Department will host free car seat inspections at the Brewster Boys and Girls Club from 10 a.m. to noon, and 1-5 p.m. this Saturday, June 24.

Eveline Roy, Coalition Coordinator for Safe Kids Chelan-Douglas, will be on hand with technicians from Aero-Methow Rescue and other agencies. Parents need only bring their car seats and the children who will be using them to qualify for a seat safety review.

Brewster police chief, Nattalie Cariker said that a very limited number of quality car seats have been donated for those whose current child restraints are judged to be unsafe.
