Candidate filing week is May 15-19

OKANOGAN COUNTY - Our government is designed to function as a representative republic. It is important to have citizens willing to step up and represent their friends and neighbors. If you are concerned about the direction our county is taking and want to be a part of positive change, please consider running.
Over 130 local offices are up for election this fall, ranging from fire district boards to city council positions. The Okanogan County Republican Party will have their office open during filing week to assist people in filing for office. The office is located at 637 ½ Second Avenue South in Okanogan. Office hours will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday. Computers with internet will be provided to make filing easy, and volunteers will be on hand to assist with any questions you might have.
