PATEROS - Okanogan County Public Health is reporting a COVID-19 outbreak involving multiple counties (Okanogan, Chelan, and Kittitas). Anyone who attended a Basketball tournament in Pateros on February 6 may have been exposed and OCPH recommends they get tested for COVID-19.

Please watch for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 as you can become symptomatic up to 14 days after exposure. Our region is in Phase 2 of recovery, and OCPH strongly encourages everyone follow the current indoor activity guidelines (posted here: https://okanogancountycovid19.org/safe-reopening/).

This basketball tournament in Pateros took place at a private facility and was in no way affiliated with the Pateros School District.
