Economic Alliance offers free retail strategy training

OKANOGAN COUNTY - If you want to expand your business to include an online presence but need some expert advice on how to get started, the Okanogan County Economic Alliance (OCEA) is offering free virtual training to learn how.  

OCEA has partnered with Retail Strategies to provide Small Business Support training for local merchants and entrepreneurs. In this training, Jenn Gregory will discuss omni channel strategy, national retail trends, and the future of retail. An omnichannel retail strategy is critical in today’s changing world of retail success, consumer habits and behaviors.

Gregory will also cover best practices and real-life examples of successful implementation of omnichannel retail strategies by peer small businesses.

The training starts at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 24. The training will also be offered in Spanish on Wednesday, June 30.

Following the training, attendees will receive the following resources:
