Hospital, school district, council positions seek candidates

BREWSTER – The Okanogan County Auditor announced a special three-day filing period after several elective positions in Okanogan County failed to attract any candidates for the Nov. 1, 2017 General Election, primary election. The special extension began Tuesday, May 23, and closes at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25.
Candidates can file online at www.vote.wa.gov/okanogan or in person at the Okanogan County Auditor’s office at 149 Third Ave. N.in Okanogan. Questions can be directed to the auditor’s office at 509-422-7240
All candidates will go on the General Election ballot.
