Koultelieris is latest addition to Brewster PD

BREWSTER – It was more of a homecoming than a new hire as Frank Koultelieris became the newest member of the Brewster Police Department with his official swearing in by chief Nattalie Cariker at the Brewster city council meeting on June 14.

Koultelieris first served on the Brewster force about 13 years ago, according to Cariker. He then served with other agencies and rejoined the Brewster PD following his previous tour with the City of Oroville.

Koultelieris served about three months as a provisional officer on the Brewster team before taking his oath of office.

Prior to Koultelieris, Brewster hired Adam Nichols in September 2016. Nichols also had a prior history with the Brewster PD about nine years ago before joining the Omak Department.
