Mansfield Playday 2017 hits the street this Saturday, June 10

MANSFIELD – The Town at the End of the Rails will be rockin’ Saturday, June 10, as Mansfield Playday 2017 uncorks for a weekend of fun and family-friendly mayhem.

Things will get rolling at 9 a.m. with the Three Rivers Hospital Wellness Walk to benefit the Mansfield Food Bank.

The Booster Club Breakfast at Blue Stem Park will help restore some of the calories burned in the near-two mile TRH stroll.

Entries will begin lining up at 10 a.m. for the 11 a.m. start of the parade down Main Street. 

At 10:30 a.m. the Mansfield Museum Merit Award will be presented.

The Lions Club Coin Dig, a clown act and other fun in the park will get underway at 11:30 a.m.

There will be an egg-toss at 1 p.m. followed by tug-o-war and gunny sack races at 1:30 p.m.

Car show winners will be announced at 2 p.m. along with Craigs Auto Drawing.

The evening will wind down with the Mansfield Theatrical Play at 6:30 p.m.

After a good night’s rest, scatter gunners will be ready for the Ray Lillquist Memorial Shoot starting at high noon.

The remainder of the afternoon will be devoted to Mansfield Theatricals at 2:30 and 6:30 p.m.
