Santa is coming to Pateros, Bridgeport

PATEROS/BRIDGEPORT – Santa Claus will begin making his rounds in the area early next month. The Jolly Old Elf will turn up at Pateros on Dec. 3 and in Bridgeport on Dec. 8.
Santa’s visit to Pateros will be the centerpiece of a Small-Town Christmas celebration at the Central Building from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3. Activities will include vendor specials, door prizes, refreshments and much more.
Santa will parade around Bridgeport in a fire truck on Friday, Dec. 8, before making his final stop at 6 p.m. in Bouska Square across the street from City Hall. Residents are encouraged to stop by and get a photo taken with Santa.
Free hot cocoa will be served, and the Multicultural Club will be on hand selling empanadas and atole, a Mexican sweet, hot drink. There will be coloring activities for the youngsters and bags of candy will be distributed.
