Twenty sleds up for grabs in Snow Safety Contest

BREWSTER – Youngsters from the ages of three years to 16 can compete for 20 sleds that will be awarded by the Brewster Police Department as part of its Snow Safety Contest during the Cops and Kids Winter Celebration Event at the Brewster Boys and Girls Club at 601 W. Cliff Avenue from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16.
Contestants must design a poster that demonstrates some aspect of snow safety and submit it with the artist’s name and age included on the back of the poster. More information is available by calling Brewster Police Chief Nattalie Cariker at (509) 689-2331.
