Susan Lavina Solorzano, age 55, passed away June 18 peacefully at home in Brewster , Washington.
Susan was born July 29, 1965 in Brewster, Washington to Thomas and Thelma Murrah. She grew up in Pleasant Valley with her three brothers and one sister and attended school in Okanogan, Washington (Class of 1983).
Susan was a very generous and sweet person. She loved all animals, especially horses and cats. She worked for Custom Apple Packing for about 18 years. Then went to Wenatchee community college and achieved a degree as a Medical Assistant in August 2006. Her favorite job was her current job working for the Pateros School District as a cook for the past 10 years. All of the students brought a lot of joy to her life.
Susan was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness April 29, 1995 and she enjoyed sharing her faith with others.
Susan is survived by her husband of 39 years Vicente Solorzano, her son Roman Solorzano, daughter Carmela Martinez and her husband Eduardo Martinez, her stepson Jason Solorzano and grandchildren  Julian Solorzano, Ella Solorzano, Jax Solorzano and Cruz Solorzano. Brothers Larry Murrah, Jerry Murrah and sister Jeannie Murrah.
She is predeceased by her parents; Thomas Murrah, Thelma Murrah and brother Jimmy Murrah.
