With sirens wailing and horns blaring, Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in a Christmas light-draped fire truck at Pateros Memorial Park last Friday, Dec. 7. And held court for a line of youngsters from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments including hot cocoa and coffee and bonfires helped warm visitors as other residents picked up pre-ordered Christmas trees across the street at the Sweet River Bakery.
