Kathryn (left) and Ray Dobbs (right) and with their grandkids and one great-grandchild, ages 5-months to 25 years. Ray and Kathryn Dobbs, are former Chelan residents now living in East Wenatchee. They have been a part of a national grandparenting ministry since it started in 2016 - Legacy Coalition. They are working with their church, Columbia Grove Covenant Church, to host the big Grandparenting Summit in October. Ray says Legacy’s goal is to “light a fire” in grandparents - show them how God sees their critical role in passing on their faith and wisdom to grandkids and equip them to be more Intentional and effective in this effort.
