Brewster, Bridgeport graduates make community college honor rolls

SPOKANE – A total of six graduates, four from Brewster High School and two from Bridgeport High School, have made the winter quarter honor rolls at Spokane Community College (SCC) or Spokane Falls Community College (SFCC).
Jacqueline Garcia-Corrales, Edgar Najera, and Carlos Najera, all from Brewster, and Yareli Palacio of Bridgeport are among 2,111 students to make the 2021 winter honor roll that ended in March at SCC. 
At SFCC, Connor Ashworth of Brewster and John Plimpton of Bridgeport joined 1,082 students to make the winter quarter honor roll there. Students must maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better to make the Honor Roll list.
Community Colleges of Spokane (CCS) is a dynamic, 12,300-square-mile state community college district that includes Spokane Community College, Spokane Falls Community College and six rural education sites, serving residents in Pend Oreille, Stevens, Whitman, Ferry and parts of Lincoln counties, A CCS media release said.
