CW2B names All-League Track and Field selections

CHENEY – Track and field athletes from Brewster and Bridgeport were among statewide competitors who placed at the state track meet held at Eastern Washington University, May 26-28, and nearly two dozen named to the 2022 Central Washington 2B All-League Track and Field team.

Kaydence Carrington of Brewster made the medal podium with a third-place finish in the 800 meters and sixth in the 1,600 meters.

Cort Gebbers, Brewster, finished ninth in both the shot put and discus.

Drake Morris, Bridgeport, placed ninth in the triple jump.

Kara Pulsifer, Brewster, came in 15th in the 3,200 meters.
