Pateros, Bridgeport, Mansfield players named to 1B All-League team

PATEROS – A pair of seniors and an eighth grader from Pateros, a Bridgeport senior, and a Mansfield sophomore are among the selections for the 2022 Central Washington B/1B All-League softball team.
Nannies seniors Vanessa Ceniceros and Alley Piechalski and eighth grader Dakota Lasley joined Bridgeport’s Myrka Ibarra on the eight-player All-League roster that also included Mansfield’s Tiera Miller among three Waterville-Mansfield Lady Shockers.
The Nannies and Shockers made it to the Cross District 6/7 championships. The District 6 champion Shockers defeated Northport in Cross District but lost to Inchelium and Wilber-Creston-Keller. The Nannies lost to Curlew and Mary Walker.
Bridgeport finished its regular season with a 4-7 win-loss record and 2-2 post season to place fifth in District standings.
