Senior Center updates

Brewster, Pateros, Bridgeport Senior Center

Posted
BREWSTER - There's a lot of activity going on.

We elected officers for the coming year.

Those elected were: President, Ron Paslay; Vice President, Paula Peckham; Secretary, Carol Thomas; Treasurer, Pat Sing; Bridgeport Delegates, JoAnn Peak and Patsy Whitley; and Brewster Delegate, Harlene Brisbois.

Brewster, Pateros, Bridgeport Senior Citizens Center serves lunch four days per week (Monday - Thursday) for a suggested donation of $3.25 for Seniors age 60 and up and $8 for those younger than 60 years old.

It is not only a time when people can get a delicious meal, but it is also a place where a lot of enjoyable fellowship takes place.

Our rummage sale of clothing, kitchenware, gift items, books and other household items is open for business from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

New items come in every day to keep this an interesting place to shop for the bargains that are available.

We are blessed by the support of our communities, evidenced by the recent painting of our entrance by Dan and Kim Webster of Webster Furniture.

Keep reading the Quad City Herald for more updates in the future.
