Steven Ray Stewart, 56, from Pateros, pleaded guilty to five counts of Take/Hunt Black Bear With Bait. He was sentenced to 364 days with 361 days suspended on count one, 364 days with 361 days suspended on count two, 364 days with 361 days suspended on count three, 364 days with 361 days suspended on count four and 364 days with 361 days suspended on count five. He was also fined a total of $1,765.

 

Eduardo A. Flores Armenta 28 from Brewster pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While Licenses Suspended and Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 90 days with 90 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 363 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $2,481.

Ezequiel Orozco-Ortiz, 50, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to six counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 40 months on count one, 40 months on count two, 40 months on count three, 40 months on count four and 40 months on count five. He was also fined a total of $5,235.50.

 

Francisco Pahua Tinoco, 37, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to third0degree Assault, second-degree Malicious Mischief and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. He was sentenced to 364 days with 316 days suspended on count two and 364 days with 316 days suspended on count three. He was also fined a total of $1,160.50.
