Rosemary Vikki Ruiz Churape, 37, from Brewster pleaded guilty to fourth-degree Assault. She was sentenced to 364 days with 363 days suspended and fined a total of $798.
Fredy Velazquez Cruz, 26, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $2,031.

Superior Court
Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Tommy Joe Tilton, 20, from Pateros with second-degree Burglary and second-degree Malicious Mischief. He is to be released on personal recognizance.
The court found probable cause to charge Anthony Kalan Freeze, 32, from Bridgeport with Possession of a Controlled Substance and second-degree Criminal Trespassing. Bail was set at $5,000.
The court found probable cause to charge Kruise Nickolas Roark, 29, from Brewster with Harassment. Bail was set at $10,000.
The court found probable cause to charge Christian Adrian Hernandez, 21, from Brewster with second-degree Assault, Harassment, and Interfering With Reporting Domestic Violence. Bail was $10,000.
John Oliver, 55, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Building for Drug Purposes, and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to two months on count one and two months on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,260.50.
Roberto Martinez Martinez, 32, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to 364 days with 344 days suspended on count one and 15 days on count two. He was also fined a total of $700.
Pedro Cuin, 20, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Possession of More than 40 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana of a Person Under Twenty-One and No Valid Operator’s License. He was sentenced to 91 days on count one and 90 days of count two. He was also fined a total of $800.
