Cesar Ulises Arroyo Delgado, 26, from Brewster pleaded guilty to Driving Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $1,981.
Stacy Andrew Haines, 37, from Brewster was charged with fourth-degree Assault. She was sentenced to 364 days with 354 days suspended and fined a total of $473.
