Gabriel Martinez Molinero, 24, from Brewster pleaded guilty to third-degree Malicious Mischief and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer. He was sentenced to 364 days with 357 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 364 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,123.
