District Court
Denise Mae Caswell, 38, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Violating a No Contact/Protection Order. He was sentenced to 364 days with 364 days suspended and fined a total of $729.

Fernando Garcia Gomez, 26, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to third-degree Theft and Legend Drug-Possession No Prescription. He was sentenced to 364 days with 364 days suspended on count one and 90 days with 89 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $648.

Ricardo Hernandez-Luis, 44, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to Driving under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $43.

Ricardo Morales Mariscal, 21, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to third-degree Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 90 days with 84 days suspended and fined a total of $903.

Chance The Wind Smith, 27, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving and Hit and Run of an Unattended Vehicle. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended on count one and 90 days with 89 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,170.

Joel Vargas, 30, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Driving under the Influence. He was sentenced to 364 days with 362 days suspended and fined a total of $2,236.

Superior Court
Criminal

The court found probable cause to charge Alberto Lopez-Flores, 36, from Bridgeport, with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and first-degree Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Bail was set at $30,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Alberto Lopez-Flores, 36, from Bridgeport, with first-degree Trafficking in Stolen Property, second-degree Possessing Stolen Property and third-degree Possessing Stolen Property. Bail was set at $15,000.

The court found probable cause to charge Rachel Nicole Dechiara, 30, from Pateros, with four counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,500.

The court found probable cause to charge Roberto Miguel Trejo Rios, 20, from Brewster, with nine counts of third-degree Rape, nine counts of third-degree Rape of a Child, Indecent Liberties, two counts of third-degree Child Molestation and Imitating a Witness. Bail was set at $75,000.

Fabricio Lepez Franco, 34, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Harassment and Hit and Run Attended Vehicle. He was sentenced to 364 days with 344 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 344 days suspended on count two. He was also fined a total of $1,160.50.

Ashley Pearl, 31, from Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to two count of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, two count of Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Marijuana, Purchasing Food Stamps More than a Hundred Dollars, Unauthorized Use of Food Stamps and third-degree Theft. She was sentenced to 20 months on count 1, 20 months on count two, 20 months on count three, 20 months on count four, three months on count five, three months on count six and 364 days on count seven. She was also fined a total of $807.04
