Rachel Nicole Dechiara, 30, from Pateros, pleaded guilty to third-degree Defrauding Public Utility and third-degree Malicious mischief. She was sentenced to 364 days with 364 days suspended on count one and 364 days with 363 days suspended on count two. She was also fined a total of $666.

Heliodoro Luquin Xhurape, 30, from Brewster, pleaded guilty to Communication With a Minor for Immoral Purposes. He was sentenced to 364 days with 90 days suspended and fined a total of $623.
