ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF PATEROS 2025 CHIP SEAL – MULTIPLE LOCATIONS General Notice The City of Pateros (Owner) is requesting Bids for the 2025 Chip Seal – Multiple Locations Project. All work is to be completed prior to July 11, 2025 including striping. A construction start date for a Notice to Proceed will be determined within thirty (30) days of award to allow completion of the work in 2025 during appropriate conditions. The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below: • Bituminous surface treatment of approximately 22,000 SY of roadway • Approximately 45 SY of pavement repairs and/or pre-leveling • Approximately 25,000 LF of roadway striping, 1000 SF of crosswalk/stop bar striping, and other miscellaneous painted roadway symbols and markings Bids for the Project will be received by the Owner via online submission only, until 11:00AM, May 14, 2025, local time. To Bid the project, Bidder shall download a full set of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS from www.varelaplanroom.com under “Public Jobs” and shall be on the Plan Holders List. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Varela Plan Room website and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.
