Angei Valdovinos, a senior at Bridgeport High School and captain of the softball team. Valdovinos had a heroic performance in the March 26 game against Waterville, blasting a game-winning grand slam to lead her team to victory. Her clutch hitting and leadership on and off the field make Valdovinos a deserving recipient of this honor as she wraps up an impressive high school softball career. Bridgeport High is proud to celebrate this talented student-athlete who has represented the school admirably through her dedication, sportsmanship, and performances like Tuesday's walk-off grand slam.
