Legal Notice Ballots for the April 22, 2025 Special Election were mailed out April 4th, 2025. If you have not received your ballot by Friday, April 11th,2025, please contact the Auditors Office at (509) 422-7240. Remember your ballot return envelope must be signed. The Auditors Office, 149 3rd Ave N, Okanogan, is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Election Day only from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the following services. • Voter Registration • Drop off voted ballots • Obtain replacement ballots • Disability Access Voting Units Drop boxes will be open April 4th- April 22nd, 2025. Drop boxes will be open until 8:00 PM on April 22nd, 2025. Drop box locations open for the April22, 2025 Special Election: Okanogan - Okanogan County Courthouse Auditor’s Office, 149 3rd Ave N, room 104 Omak- 12 Tribes Casino- 28968 Hwy 97, Omak Omak- Police Station-8 N Ash, Omak The state is providing postage-paid ballot return envelopes this year. Voters are encouraged to mail in ballots prior to Friday, April 18,2025, to ensure the envelopes are postmarked by Election Day. Check with your local post office for cut off times. If you need to find out information about the issues you can use the following sources. • On line voter’s guide – votewa.gov • votewa.gov • sos.wa.gov/elections/ • Newspapers and radio If you are not currently registered in the State of Washington, you can appear in person in the Auditors Office until April 22, 2025 and registered to vote and be able to vote in the Special Election.
