Patty Munson

Patty Munson, 71, long time Bridgeport resident, passed away on July 28, 2023. She is survived by her husband Danny Munson, her sons (Trevis and Nathan Munson), Nathan’s wife Stacie, three granddaughters (Charleah, Devynn and Emma Munson), her brother (Ward Turner) and sister (Marilee Perkins), a nephew (Todd Perkins), Todd’s wife Jessica and a grand niece (Emersyn Perkins) and grand nephew (Ethan Perkins).

She graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1970, married Danny in 1972 and worked along side him in the Steak House in Bridgeport for many, many years.

She wasn’t much for hobbies except tending to her fingernails once she had the opportunity to. Even her final illness couldn’t keep her from that. She loved plants but couldn’t keep them alive despite help from her green thumbed sister. 

She always did her best for her family - frequently in difficult circumstances. She truly did shine at that. She was loved and will be missed by all of us.
