Posted

OMAK - Okanogan County Community Coalition will be supporting the Mental Health Month Color Walk on Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. at Eastside Park in Omak. This event is brought to you by FYRE, Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare, and Mid- Valley Hospital.
Join us at our booth to learn about Practice the Pause developed by Greater Columbia Accountable Community of Health. Practice the Pause teaches skills to manage emotions and build resilience for adults, teens, and youth ages 5- 12. https://gcach.org/practice-the-pause
You can also join us to chat with Sheriff Tony Hawley who will be there as part of our Law Enforcement Community Engagement program. Look for the orange ÔSoda with the SheriffÕ flag and share with Sheriff Hawley what is happening in your community. This will be first ÔSoda with the SheriffÕ event. Look for more opportunities during the summer.
Hope to see you there.
