Bridgeport High School Class of 2018 graduates 33 seniors

BRIDGEPORT – A space smaller than the Bridgeport High School gym would have been too small to hold all who attended the graduation of the Bridgeport High School class of 2018 last Friday, June 1.
Maria Guadalupe Cancino Valdovinos served as Mistress of Ceremonies.
Author, Life Coach and speaker Ron L. James, who wrote Choices: Lessons from a Repeat Offender, delivered the commencement address.
Graduating with academic honors were James Buckingham, Marco Martinez, Kaiden Morris, Estefania Flores, Kevin Moreno, Emily Saucedo, and Maria Dominguez.
Kelsey Miller was class Valedictorian and Lesley Martinez was class Salutatorian. Class officers were President Kelsey Miller, Vice President Kaiden Morris, Secretary Raquel Hernandez-Barragan, Treasurer Jennifer Gomez, and ASB Representative Edgar Alcantara.
Twelve-year seniors among the 33 graduates of the class of 2018 included Edgar Alvarez, Hunter Anson, James Buckingham, Keven Cervantes, Ian Dodson, Alexis Garcia, Jennifer Gomez, Raquel Hernandez-Barragan, Jasmine LeDuc, Mateo Martinez, Jamie Valdovinos, Maura Morales, Kaiden Morris, Michelle Parbol, Estefania Flores, Hugo Santana, Emily Saucedo, Maria Dominguez, and Yohana Palacios.
Bridgeport School Superintendent Scott Sattler and Board of Directors Chair Zeke Martinez presented the graduates with their diplomas.
