OLYMPIA – The Washington State Noxious Weed Control Board (WSNWCB) will hold a public hearing on Oct. 31 WebEx Webinar to take comments on proposed rule-making changes to the 2024 state noxious weed list and WAC 16.750. The changes proposed consist of a conflict of interest section being added, clarification and administrative edits, two class A additions, two Class B designation changes, and one class C addition.

Written testimony should be submitted by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30, 2023. At the hearing, verbal testimony will be limited to three minutes per person.
The WSNWCB will vote on the proposed rule changes during its regular board meeting the next day via WebEx, Wednesday, Nov. 1, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This meeting is also open to the public.
