Tylor named CWB-2B All-League MVP for second consecutive year

BREWSTER – For the second consecutive year, Brewster junior Joe Taylor was named the Central Washington B-2B baseball Player of the Year by league coaches and athletic directors during the All-League nomination meeting at Brewster High School on May 14.
Taylor’s offensive and defensive play was instrumental in the Bears’ march to the state baseball championships and eventual second place behind Tri-Cities Prep. last weekend.
Brewster head coach Todd Phillips got the nod for league Coach of the Year.
Including Taylor, had four players on the First Team roster and three on the All-League Second Team.
